I was never really able to enjoy nature until I stopped worshipping it. Now, it's incredible.

Colossians tells us that Jesus reconciled to himself all things in heaven and on earth through the blood of his cross. Cosmic reconciliation, new heavens new earth, no more thorns nor thistles. Hallelujah! Can you recommend any writing/writers on this cosmic reconciliation please?

Hallelujah, indeed. Al Wolter's "Creation Regained" is a nice little volume on this. The Dutch guys, Kuyper and Bavinck, are excellent but I can't think of a single standalone book. I'll have to think about it a bit more. Also, N.T. Wright is excellent on these topics, but usually it's scattered throughout really big weighty volumes. I might just have to write one myself. ;)

In surveying my library today for a different subject I cam across J. Richard Middleton's A NEW HEAVEN AND A NEW EARTH. On page 156 ff. he details from five texts the comprehensive scope of salvation in the NT (Acts 3:19-21, Eph. 1:9-10, Col. 1:19-20, Rom. 8:19-23, 2Pet. 3:10-13).

FYI

I'd love to see you develop this them in your writing. Blessings, Paul

My second essay in this little book does deal substantially with this issue. https://www.amazon.com/Cultural-Amnesia-Essays-Kingdoms-Theology/dp/0999872311
